How much is postage and packaging?

With regards to correspondence cards, unless specified, your item will be sent via Royal Mail and will cost a standard flat rate of £2.50.  Your parcel should arrive within 3 working days.

For any original or bespoke paintings please contact me to discuss delivery or collection.

International postage

For international postage of correspondence cards there will be a flat shipping rate of £5.

                                                                                  

What if I make a mistake regarding the wording on correspondence cards?

Please check your items in the basket very carefully.  If you have ordered incorrectly or made an error in the personalisation text entered, please contact Jane Vallings Illustration straight away so that, hopefully, mistakes can be rectified prior to printing.  Unfortunately if I am not notified of errors in time you will be charged.

 

What is the policy on returns?

Should Jane Vallings Illustration be responsible for any mistakes/damage, items can be returned and either refunded or replaced.

 

When will I receive my goods?

With regards to correspondence cards, once payment has been received your goods will be dispatched.

 

With regards to bespoke illustrations, a 50% deposit will be required.  Once the order has been confirmed in writing, work will begin on your picture and full payment will be taken by, or on delivery/collection.
